The Woodpecker DTE TD-1L torque wrench is an accessory intended for tightening and removing inserts used on DTE-type ultrasonic scalers. It allows the insert to be held correctly during installation or removal on the handpiece.

Use
- Ensure that the wrench, insert, and handpiece have been properly cleaned and sterilized before use.

- Secure the insert to the handpiece using the wrench.
- Never install or remove an insert while the scaler is operating or the foot pedal is activated.
- After use, remove the insert and then follow the cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization protocol recommended by the manufacturer.
